    Start here to take a deep dive into what is most important to you at this stage of life. If it's been more than a year since you identified your core values, it's time to take action, my friend!

    Review a list of 98 values to uncover your top six. From there, dig deep into how you currently live in alignment with your Values and where you can embrace them more fully. Leave the workshop knowing your next steps and where to prioritize your time to feel in sync with what means the most to you.

  • Create Your Vision

    Now that you know what is most important to you, it's time to dream!

    Use your top Values to imagine what your life looks and feels like when you live fully in alignment with each of them. Then you'll write affirmations and design a vision board to help you manifest that dream into reality. At the end of our time together, you'll have foundational tools to help you envision life as you want it to be.

  • Harmonize Your Wellness

    Here's where you continue to build on your foundation of Values and Vision.

    You'll learn about the Eight Dimensions of Wellness and determine how you currently tend to each of them. Using the framework of your Values and Vision, you'll identify ways to foster your well-being and where opportunities lie to give it a boost. You'll walk away from this workshop knowing how to create and maintain wellness harmoniously.

  • Grasp Your Goals

    Struggle to set goals and achieve them? Unsure how to write effective goals? This workshop is for you!

    Learn how effective goals help you stay focused, make progress, and get results. Practice writing goals rooted in your Values that move you toward your Vision. At the end of the workshop, you'll have a set of achievable goals, steps to reach them, and strategies to help you get where you want to go.

  • Inspired Journaling

    Has journaling never been your thing? Or are you bored with your existing journaling practice?

    Writing is a proven way to connect more deeply with yourself. During our 90 minutes together, you will explore several different styles to reinvigorate your current journaling practice or start one for the first time. This workshop will unlock new ways to think about journaling, show you creative ways to fill the page, and give you a month's worth of thought-provoking prompts.

  • Mindful Maven

    If you are challenged to slow down, experience ongoing stress, or feel like life is passing you by, it’s time to practice being fully present and engaged in the current moment. Mindfulness is a tool to elevate your overall well-being.

    In our 90 minutes together, you’ll learn and practice several techniques that unlock the door to a calmer mind, happier heart, and a more mindful you. This workshop helps you live with greater awareness and less self-judgment to lead a healthy, happy, and purposeful life.

  • Grateful Living

    Gratitude is a key that unlocks greater well-being in midlife and beyond. This workshop helps you understand what grateful living looks like for you and how to build an impactful, and simple, gratitude practice.

    Through conversation and self-discovery exercises, you'll go from feeling overwhelmed to feeling optimistic. Walk away from our 90 minutes together with what you need to foster the positive, healthy, and fulfilling life you desire.

  • Self-Care For Serenity

    You’ve heard it a bazillion times - self-care isn’t selfish! But ‘once-in-a-while self-care’ is far different from a consistent daily practice. This workshop helps you define, find, and plan self-care into every day so you can find calm and foster self-love in your own special way.

    During our 90 minutes together, you’ll understand how easy it can be to take care of YOU without stress or guilt. Practice self-care that provides a sense of serenity✨

  • Embrace Change

    Change is inevitable. In midlife and beyond, it's all around you! This workshop helps you notice when you resist change and identify why change is difficult. You'll also learn how to shift your mindset to more easily embrace change and which tools help you do it.

    Walk away from the workshop with more self-awareness and strategies to cope with change in positive ways.

    Living fully in alignment with your values and moving toward your vision are key ingredients for lifelong happiness.
