Self-Defense for Women in Midlife and Beyond - $30

This is one of those transformational opportunities, my friends. Not only will you learn, you will leave feeling more confident and empowered around your personal safety. Honestly - DON'T miss this event!

During these 90-minutes, you will learn realistic self-defense skills, safety tips you can practice daily, and how to de-escalate tense moments and set clear boundaries.

Our instructor, Jade Hwang, is a Taekwon-Do master and the owner of KBX PHX. She is dedicated to equipping people with essential skills to protect themselves and develop self-confidence.

This is a private class (NOT a workout) held exclusively for our group of women in midlife and beyond. All physical fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Learn while boosting your self-confidence and self-efficacy in a safe space for women in midlife and beyond.
