Gather around my patio table to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about an hour in a guided discussion around a specific topic.
The topic for January is:
2026: Intentionally Creating a Year of Health and Well-Being.
Let’s build a loose framework that supports how you want to feel throughout the year. Body, mind, soul - what does 'healthy' look like for you? How do you define well-being?
Our conversation will take you through a few of the steps I use with clients. As a Life and Wellness Coach for women in midlife and beyond, I see the clarity personal definitions can provide. Join me for a gentle, impactful start to 2026.

We’ll meet on Saturday or Sunday mornings at different trails around the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The trails will be easy to moderate and take about 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Please arrive on time!
Let’s meet at Piestewa Nature Trail 304 Loop in Phoenix at 8:00am. This is a moderate hike with beautiful mountain views. The trail is 1.3 miles long with an elevation gain of 265ft. Situated in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and accessed by parking in the Ocotillo Parking Lot. Amenities include easy parking access, restrooms, and a water refill station.

This is one of those transformational opportunities, my friends. Not only do you learn, you leave feeling more confident and empowered around your personal safety. Honestly - DON'T miss this event!
This is the 3rd year I'm holding this event because I get something out of it every time! So will you.
This workshop is a reminder to be aware of your surroundings, build habits that keep you safe, and that you are more of a badass than you realize!
In these 90 minutes, you learn realistic self-defense skills, safety tips you can practice daily, and how to de-escalate tense moments and set clear boundaries.
Our instructor, Jade Hwang, AKA Master Jade, is a Taekwon-Do master and the owner of KBX PHX. She is dedicated to equipping women with essential skills to protect themselves and grow their self-confidence.
This is a private class (NOT a workout) held exclusively for our group of women in midlife and beyond. All physical fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
