This is an opportunity to assess how you nurture the life you want, using the Eight Dimensions of Wellness as a framework. Have a journal or notebook by your side to get the most out of our discussion.
Self-reflection moments paired with group discussion will get you thinking about the different facets of your life, how you create harmony within them, and what leads to feelings of purpose and fulfillment - now, not later!

GenX ConnectsOnline is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).
