GenX Connects offers you a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond and connect with other women on this journey. This is an event designed to boost your well-being and enhance your social wellness.

Gather around my kitchen island to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about 75 minutes in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

Our October topic is:
Feeling Stuck: Release the Bonds That Hold You Back

Let’s talk about those feelings of ‘stuck-ness’ that all of us experience in midlife and beyond. Through group discussion and individual reflection, you’ll start to see where and why you feel this way. From there, forward movement becomes possible.

GenX Connects is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).
