What can I do now to enjoy the holiday season more this year?

Let’s pause to anticipate the to-dos and stressors that often arise during the holiday season. Through group discussion and individual reflection, you’ll create an action-oriented plan that helps you look forward to the last two months of 2026 rather than dread them.

GenX ConnectsOnline is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).
