GenX Connects offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's 2 hours to boost your well-being and learn from other women.
Gather in my backyard to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about 75 minutes in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

This is an opportunity to share experiences, learn from others, and positively connect with other women traveling this path.
As a Life + Wellness Coach for women in midlife and beyond, everything I do relates to this transformational chapter. I know how impactful it is to have honest and vulnerable conversations about what is happening in peri/post-menopause and how you feel about it!
There may be tears (there will definitely be laughter!), and you'll walk away feeling deeply connected.

GenX Connects is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).
Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to this transformative season can be discussed.
