Let's talk about why we feel guilty caring for ourselves, what lies on the other side of that guilt, and strategies that lead you to guilt-free self-care.
As a Life + Wellness Coach for women in midlife and beyond, I've had many conversations related to self-care in this season of life. After decades of putting others first, it's time to prioritize your needs (even those you don't realize you need!).
