Let's talk about why we feel guilty caring for ourselves, what lies on the other side of that guilt, and strategies that lead you to guilt-free self-care.
As a Life + Wellness Coach for women in midlife and beyond, I've had many conversations related to self-care in this season of life. After decades of putting others first, it's time to prioritize your needs (even those you don't realize you need!).

GenX Connects Online is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).
