Somatic Breathwork with Ashley - $40 - 10 spots available - register by 9:00am on 1/22/2026

Join me for an impactful event, my friend! Whether you’re already curious about somatic breathwork or unfamiliar with it, this is a beautiful opportunity to explore how it can benefit you. 

Ashley, one of our very own community members, is a certified instructor. She leads this 90-minute session for us. All of it is to focus on Y O U.

Ashley is the founder of Connect with the Breath, a place of self-healing and transformation. She offers breathwork, meditation, yoga, sound bath, and tuning fork therapy. You can reach Ashley at connectwiththebreath@gmail.com.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in - layers are sensible

  • Bring an exercise/yoga mat and blanket. I’ll have a few available for those who don’t bring them.

  • For added comfort during this experience, bring a water bottle, tissues, and lip balm.

  • A journal and a favorite writing instrument enhance your reflection time.

  • Waivers are required for each participant. A link to complete a waiver online is included in your confirmation email when you register.
