We chat about a different topic each month via Google Meet.

Let’s talk about the hopes, ideas, and goals that are niggling at our souls. What might be possible in the new year? How can we tiptoe toward the big stuff, move around obstacles, and create one of our best years yet?

Through self-reflection and group discussion, you’ll leave feeling inspired and connected.

GenX Connects Online is for women in midlife and beyond who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships and identities, and redefining what you want out of life).
