GenX Connects offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's two hours to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

Gather around my kitchen island to socialize over morning beverages (non-alcoholic) and spend about an hour in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

Midlife and beyond is a time to form friendships as your authentic self. Show up to discuss what that looks like, where to meet other women in this phase of life, and how to dip your toe into the waters of new friendship.

GenX Connects is designed for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions such as aging, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and empty nesting.
