GenX Connects offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's two hours to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

Gather around my patio table to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about an hour in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

The topic this month is peace!

Let’s talk about the myriad of ways you can welcome peace into your mind, body, and soul.

Our conversation will illuminate where peace is plentiful and where it waits just outside your grasp. Listen and share compassionately to nurture a consistent presence of peace in your life.

GenX Connects is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).

Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to this transformative season can be discussed.
