GenX Connects offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's two hours to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

Gather around my patio table to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about an hour in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

The topic this month is abundance!

Let’s talk about the gifts in your life. How do you express gratitude for them? How do you attract more of them?

Our conversation will help you open your mind and heart to the abundance that surrounds you. Leave with expansive feelings that remind you abundance isn’t about more, more, more. It’s about noticing, appreciating, and inviting in all that supports and nourishes you in midlife and beyond.

I created GenX Connects for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions such as aging, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and empty nesting. Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to the transformational season of midlife and beyond may be discussed.
