Our conversation will help you open your mind and heart to the abundance that surrounds you. Leave with expansive feelings that remind you abundance isn’t about more, more, more. It’s about noticing, appreciating, and inviting in all that supports and nourishes you in midlife and beyond.

I created GenX Connects Online for women in midlife and beyond who are navigating life transitions such as aging, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and empty nesting. Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to the transformative season of midlife and beyond can be discussed.
