GenX Connects offers you a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond and connect with other women on this journey. This is an event designed to boost your well-being and enhance your social wellness.

Gather around my kitchen island to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about 75 minutes in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

GenX Connects is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).

Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to this transformative season can be discussed.
